Each year, we honor four individuals from the public safety community who have exhibited exemplary commitment to service to others. Those individuals are chosen from nominations made by their peers - the men and women who know best what it takes to serve in public safety. Using this form please consider nominating someone for:

Nominations will close on April 23, 2026. You will be notified by May 7, 2026, if your nominee has been chosen. On Thursday, May 21, as part of the Summit, we will honor these individuals at a special luncheon at 11:30 am.
